| 指南制订的目的： | 小儿肺部外科手术是小儿普胸外科最重要的组成部分，同时也是最常见的手术。肺部手术的种类包括：肺活检术、楔形/不规则肺切除术、肺段切除术、肺叶切除术、全肺切除术和肺移植术（自体移植和异体移植）。手术方式包括开放性手术、胸腔镜手术、机器人手术等。近几十年来，小儿肺部手术得到了长足发展。但由于小儿肺部手术起步较晚，数量相对偏少，且多个专业均可从事小儿肺部外科手术，使得小儿肺部手术的治疗方案在不同的医院、不同的医生存在着较大的差异。经文献检索，目前国内外尚缺乏较为完善的小儿肺部手术适应症及手术方法的指南和专家共识，临床亟需相关专家规范共识以指导其诊疗过程。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Pediatric pulmonary surgery is a critical component of pediatric thoracic surgery and is among the most common procedures performed. Types of pulmonary surgeries include lung biopsy, wedge/irregular lung resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy, and lung transplantation. Surgical approaches encompass open surgery, thoracoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, among others. In recent decades, pediatric pulmonary surgery has made significant strides. However, due to its relatively late development and limited quantity, coupled with the involvement of multiple specialties in pediatric pulmonary surgery, there exist considerable variations in treatment approaches across different hospitals and among different practitioners. A comprehensive consensus and guidelines for indications and surgical methods in pediatric pulmonary surgery are currently lacking both domestically and internationally, highlighting the urgent need for expert consensus to guide clinical practice in this field. |
