| 指南制订的目的： | 自体骨被认为是骨移植中的“金标准”，一直是骨不连、骨缺损、骨肿瘤、脊柱及关节融合等骨科手术的首选。自体骨移植手术最为常见，如何选择合适的供区，规范手术操作，减少供区的并发症未见到临床指南或者专家共识。规范取骨部位，手术操作和减少供区并发症对临床工作和医生培养均有重要意义。由中华医学会骨科学分会创伤骨科学组、中华医学会骨科学分会外固定与肢体重建学组、国家骨科与运动康复临床研究中心、解放军总医院骨科医学部、河北医科大学第三医院骨科牵头发起，采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价（Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation，GRADE）分级体系和国际实践指南报告标准（Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare，RIGHT），遴选出骨科医生最为关注的19个临床问题，最终形成19条循证医学推荐意见，旨在提高自体骨移植的规范性和标准性，最终减少自体骨移植的并发症。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Autologous bone is considered as the "gold standard" in bone transplantation, and has been the first choice for orthopedic surgery such as bone nonunion, bone defect, bone tumor, spine and joint fusion. Autologous bone transplantation is the most common operation. There is no clinical guideline or expert consensus on how to select the appropriate donor site, standardize surgical procedures, and reduce donor site complications. Standardizing the bone harvesting site, surgical operation and reducing donor site complications are of great significance for clinical work and doctor training. It was led by the Traumatic Orthopedics Group of Chinese Orthopaedic Society, the External Fixation and Limb Reconstruction Group of Chinese Orthopaedic Society, the National Clinical Research Center for Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation, the Department of Orthopedics of Chinese PLA General Hospital, and the Department of Orthopedics of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University. Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation, GRADE) grading system and international Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT) were used to select 19 clinical issues that orthopedic surgeons were most concerned about, and finally 19 evidence-based medicine recommendations were formed. The purpose is to improve the standardization and standardization of autologous bone transplantation, and ultimately reduce the complications of autologous bone transplantation. |
