| 证据分级方法： | 采用GRADE方法对针对外伤性感染性眼内炎预防与治疗的证据体质量进行评价。根据GRADE方法，将证据质量分为高、中、低、极低四个等级。在证据分级过程中，考虑五个降级因素——局限性、不精确性、不一致性、不直接性以及发表偏倚，和三个升级因素——效应量大、剂量反应关系以及可能的混杂因素（负偏倚）。完成证据分级后，将通过证据总结表呈现证据。 |
| Evidence grading method： | GRADE method will be used to evaluate certainty (quality) of evidence associated with the risk of gastric cancer. According to GRADE method, the quality of evidence is classified into four grades: high, moderate, low and very low. Five downgrading factors (risk of bias, inconsistency, indirectness, imprecision, and publication bias) and three escalation factors (large effect, plausible confounding, and dose response gradient) are considered in the evidence grading process. After grading the evidence, the evidence will be presented through the "summary of findings" table. |
