Purpose of the guideline: The aim of this work was to use the Adapted ADAPTE methodology to provide an evidence-based CPG tailored to the needs of the Egyptian healthcare context that can be applied at all healthcare levels, from outpatients to admission contexts, in order to diagnose, treat, and prevent complications in children indicated for kidney transplantation (pre-transplant guidance).
